Bendix Street Road Track brake pads are designed to suit sports and performance car enthusiasts for high speed driving applications. They have been developed by one of the world’s leading high performance friction material manufacturers incorporating the latest technology and extensively tested under extreme conditions. The rear of the pad also features a gasket, for reduced noise and increased heat resistance.

FIBRE IMPREGNATED RUBBER STEEL TECHNOLOGY
SRT Shims feature a unique nitrile rubber coating for reduced noise and vibration damping for quieter performance braking.
This innovative technology features a thin layer of Nitrile Rubber on both sides of the Carbon Steel shim, for quieter braking. Bendix SRT’s unique rubber to metal composite material has been engineered for noise damping in disc brakes and combines a number of valuable properties: vibration insulation, compressibility and excellent adhesion. The Nitrile Rubber composite is excellent for applications with demanding insulation for vibration and noise. It also retains it’s integrity even when subjected to high pressure and high temperature, meaning you can brake harder, for longer.

Bendix Street Road Track is a high performance friction material. It has been developed and manufactured to give superior brake performance under all conditions.
The material formulations used on typical OE and general purpose aftermarket brake pads are biased toward comfort ahead of performance; Street Road Track takes the opposite approach.
With a high friction coefficient and low compressibility, Street Road Track is more likely to produce brake noise than lower performance friction materials.
Every effort has been made to minimise brake noise without compromising performance. Street Road Track is manufactured with composite damping gaskets and OE pad geometry, greatly reducing the chance of noise. However, some noise will be present on sensitive vehicles.
