In accordance with ECE Regulation 90 (ECE-R90), Protrans™ Brake Shoes are tested for braking capabilities, speed sensitivity, cold performance, and deviation of no more than 15% from OE counterparts.
Certified under these rigorous tests, Protrans™ Brake Shoes not only meet but exceed the performance of leading OE brake shoes.
Advanced Construction
Featuring electro hardened journal ends for reduced wear as well as indented webbing and steel rivets for increased strength and greater reliability at high temperatures, up to 500°C.
Each shoe is radius ground after riveting or bonding to cut down on bedding-in time.
Hardware Kit Included
Protrans™ Brake Shoes come with a hardware kit containing reliable, high-quality components - springs, pins, retainers and rollers - that cover the most popular applications.
